Upload Candidate Data Easily
Submit candidate sheets, scan and upload test scores, and track their certification status in real time.
Monitor Approval Status
Once candidate information is uploaded, you’ll be able to see whether it has been approved, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Issue Digital Letters or Physical Certificates
Organizations can now access digital certificates in addition to physical ones, providing more flexibility for certification distribution.
Generate New Recipient Letters
We’re rolling out recipient letters that can be provided alongside certificates—or as a standalone option.
Access an Aggregate Dashboard
Your customized dashboard offers you a quick view of your Global Seal program, including fluency level distribution, languages certified, and date toggles so that you can compare program impact from year to year
Streamlined Contributor Management
Organizations can invite team members to submit candidate data on their behalf. Contributors can be added in two ways:
Organization Invites: Admins can invite contributors directly.
Domain-Based Matching: If a contributor’s email domain matches the organization’s, they can request access automatically.

Getting Started

Youcan create an organization account by visiting www.app.theglobalseal.com/organization/signup and selecting the “Sign Up as an Organization” option. Once registered, you’ll have access to tools for uploading candidate data, tracking orders, and managing your team.

Your dashboard lets you upload candidate data, track certificate orders (past and present), manage users in your organization, and choose delivery options for certificates.
Uploading Candidate Information

You can upload candidate data using our spreadsheet template or by entering it manually through your dashboard. The system walks you through what’s required, including names, scores, and any other needed info.

Yes. You can upload data for any individual who qualifies for a Global Seal, whether they’re students, employees, or other candidates.

Once your data is uploaded and submitted, our team will process the information and begin preparing the certificates based on your chosen delivery method.
Certificate Delivery Options

You can choose one or more of our three delivery options:
Physical certificates: Printed and mailed to your organization.
Digital certificates via email: Sent directly to each recipient.
Downloadable PDFs: You receive printable PDF letters to hand out or distribute electronically.

Yes. You can select different delivery options for different orders based on what works best for you or your recipients.
Account & Team Management

Yes! You can invite additional users, such as teachers, admins, or staff—to join your organization account. They’ll be able to upload candidate data and help manage certificate processing.

You can add users as admins or contributors. Admins can manage and see everything, while contributors can only upload and track their own candidate information.

Yes, admins can remove or update user access anytime through the team management settings in your dashboard.
Orders & History

All past orders and certificates are stored in your organization dashboard. You can view order history, download records, and track delivery status.

Yes, all digital and PDF certificates you've ordered will remain accessible in your dashboard for future downloads.
