Our approved testing partners handle everything: registration, payment, testing, and sending your scores to the Global Seal. Each partner offers different tests and languages, so check what is available for the language you want to certify.

ICTFL, the Illinois Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, collaborates with the Global Seal and Avant STAMP testing to offer Illinois future and current language and bilingual/multilingual an option for certification of their language skills. Other educational personnel in Illinois who wish to certify their language skills may participate as well.
Registration and testing options begin November 1, 2026.
As a global test provider, LanguageBird collaborates with Global Seal and Avant STAMP to offer the Global Seal of Biliteracy exam to language learners ready to certify their skills. LanguageBird also offers personalized one-to-one online language courses and tutoring taught through authentic conversation with native-level instructors, helping middle school through adult-age learners build confidence, earn accredited high school credit, and develop real-world communication skills.
