Dr. Yang Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Instruction and Teacher Education at the University of South Carolina, USA. She is the co-director at the Center of Bilingualism Matters at the U of SC. She earned her Ph.D. in Literacy and M.Ed. in TESOL from the University of Missouri. Her research focuses on bilingualism, biliteracies, English language teaching and learning, reading comprehension and reading assessment. Dr. Wang’s research has been published in the Journal of Adolescent & Adult Literacy, TESOL Journal, Journal of International Students and others.
