Kana Hammon

MBA Student

Kana Hammon is a second-year MBA student at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to GSB, she worked at the intersection of tech, philanthropy and social impact. She invested in ethical technology at Omidyar Network; co-founded a social impact fellowship called YCore that trained young professionals in strategic volunteering and social justice philanthropy; and worked as a product manager for the mobile app Shopkick. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and surfing. Kana graduated from Stanford University in 2012 with a B.A. in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. She is a 2007 National Security Language Initiative for Youth alum who lived and studied in Cairo, Egypt.
