Senior President of Ladue Horton Watkins High School's Spanish Honor Society

Johnny Yeldham is the senior president of Ladue Horton Watkins High School's Spanish Honor Society chapter for the 2020-2021 school year. Besides being president, Johnny is also the captain of the Ladue Mock Trial team, vice president of Ladue Young Democrats, and spends time tutoring at the local Ronald McDonald House. He loves languages and looks forward to continuing learning Spanish in college. He is taking AP Spanish Literature as a senior and has been learning Spanish since kindergarten.

The 6 Spanish students of Los carneros de Ladue chapter of the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica discuss their language learning experiences in and beyond the classroom. The session is moderated by Spanish teacher and chapter sponsor Maritza Sloan who also is the current President-Elect of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP). The students represent Ladue Horton Watkins high school, St. Louis, MO.
