Language in the Life of a Tokyo Private Eye

In the early 90's we were the only international private eyes in Japan running the office of the world's leading international investigative firm. Speaking Japanese is how we got the jobs and did our work: investigating frauds, extortions, intellectual property theft etc. We will describe some of the cases we worked on and how language played a role. We will also give a mini lesson on some of the specialized vocabulary we had to learn and use.

This presentation will be available for on-demand viewing on December 2nd during Global CRED. Register for Global CRED below, it’s quick easy and free!
