Dr. Arti Khosla, a trainer, researcher, auditor and author has gained an international experience in standard based management systems in the service sector primarily educational and financial institutions, government and social/ non-profits. She was named the “Best woman entrepreneur in conformity assessments in education” on International Women’s Day 2021. The Founder & CEO of COAE International, Dr. Arti has trained thousands of business leaders and has supported hundreds of organizations from 30 different countries in various certification & accreditation schemes and standards during the last 24 years of her professional journey. Arti post-graduated in Economics from Delhi University, followed by Education Management and later studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

Currently, Arti is the country representative & project leader at the international technical committee ISO/TC 232 (Education and Learning Services), WG 7, working on the revision of the international standard ISO 21001:2018 – Management Systems for Educational Organizations) 

Her vast experience in the field of management systems in all domains of education (Early Childhood Education, School Education, Higher Education, Training/Coaching/ Mentoring and Learning & Development) for areas like process & operational excellence, risk management, sustainable educational models, business continuity & skill building helps her to enable the achievement of 'UN SDGs' for these organizations and deliver quality education to millions of learners worldwide.

Arti is the convener of the national mirror sub-committee at Bureau of Indian Standards, Government of India. She is also the member of various national and international committees like ISO CASCO/JWG 58, ISO/TC 286/WG4- Development of International standard for university and business collaboration (UBC), BIS/ SSD 04- Higher education, skill development and related services sectional committee, BIS/ SSD 15- School education & related services sectional committee and BIS/ SSD 09- Business Services.

Arti has supported the development of organizational excellence models and standards for nearly 1000 public & private organisations world wide.
