Yes! You can earn a Global Seal by achieving these scores in all sections:

Functional Fluency: B1 (4)
Working Fluency: B2 (5)
Professional Fluency: C1 (6)

Test Format:

The STAMP for CEFR test is a 4-skill test with sections in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. It is an adaptive test that narrows in on a test taker’s accurate proficiency level by increasing and decreasing the difficulty of questions until it finds where a test taker is most comfortable.   • The Reading section must be completed prior to the Writing section as the difficulty level of the Writing section is determined by a test taker's success in the Reading section.

    This section is comprised of 30 questions for a total of 35-40 minutes.

  • The difficulty level of the Writing section is determined by the Reading section.

    You will be provided with 3 prompts that you will respond to in 400-600 words. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.

  • The Listening section precedes the Speaking section as it is used to determine the difficulty level of the Speaking section.

    You will be given approximately 30 questions to respond to. This will take 35-40 minutes.

  • The difficulty of the Speaking section is based on the test takers' responses in the Listening section.

    In this section, you will record your response to 3 prompts. Each response should be 3 minutes long, for a total of 9 minutes. It. takes, on average, 20-25 minutes to finish.
