Edicatief Startbekwaam (STRT)

Most Flemish and Dutch colleges and universities recognize the certificates Educational Start Competent (B2 level of the CEFR) and Educational Professional (C1 level of the CEFR) as proof of sufficient language skills to start a study. More information can be found on their website.

Exam Overview:

The exam consists of three parts: part A focuses on listening, part B focuses on writing and part C focuses on speaking.
All language skills are tested in an integrated manner. The part C (speaking) is recorded by the examiner. Part C does not allow you to use a dictionary.
