Certificación del Español Como Lengua Adicional (CELA)
The CELA is a system of exams that evaluate the level of proficiency in the knowledge and use of the Spanish language to interact communicatively in the personal, public and academic spheres. The CELA exams are designed based on the proficiency levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Each exam certifies a level: Independent corresponding to level B1, Advanced to level B2 and Proficient to C1. The candidate chooses the exam he wants to take.
